Fair Employment Mark
|
|
The Fair Employment Mark is a certification mark that companies can apply to their products and services to indicate that they have promised not to discriminate on the basis of sexual orientation. Specifically, the mark allows employers to opt in to the provisions of the Employment Non-Discrimination Act, which has been introduced several times into Congress but has not yet passed. Applying the mark grants employees and applicants the same legal rights and remedies they would have if ENDA were passed.
