Use of Articles
Articles and other pieces contained
within the Yale Journal on Regulation may be duplicated for
classroom use, provided that:
- Each copy must be distributed at or below cost.
- Both the author and the Yale Journal on Regulation
must be identified.
- Proper notice of copyright (as above) must be affixed
to each copy.
- The Yale Journal on Regulation, Inc. must grant
permission for each use.
