Citing and Linking to YHRDLJ Articles

The Yale Human Rights and Development Law Journal publishes full text PDFs of its articles online. The regular issues of the Journal are published in print and on electronic databases such as Westlaw, Lexis and Hein Online. Law journals based in the United States, including this one, typically use The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (Columbia Law Review Ass'n et al eds.) to determine the style, abbreviation and formatting of all sources. The fifth page of Ravi Nair's article in Volume 1 of this journal would be cited as follows: Ravi Nair, Confronting the Violence Committed by Armed Opposition Groups, 1 YALE HUM. RTS. & DEV.
